Bmom Fertility and Research Center meets the highest standards of excellence in assisted reproductive technology (ART). Our lab includes services such as Oocyte/ Embryo culture, Insemination, IVF, ICSI, IMSI, Embryo cryo-preservation, Laser assisted hatching and Biopsy for PGD\PGS.


Integra 3™ micromanipulator:

 

The world`s most advanced micromanipulation system which is used for microinjection of sperm into the egg (ICSI). The built in THERMOSAFE feature makes sure that there are no temperature fluctuations affecting the quality of oocytes or sperms during the manipulation process to ensure best possible outcome. This procedure yields better success for infertility arising from tubular block or sperm related abnormalities.


Intra cytoplasmic Morphologically selected Sperm Injection-IMSI:

 

It is a laboratory technique where in sperms are selected morphologically before injecting into the egg. The selection is done using a microscope that has greater magnifying power (7000 times bigger). Being able to select sperm without morphological alterations are believed to increase the chances of successful implantation of pre-embryo and decrease the likelihood of miscarriage. This procedure would help those who went through several cycles of IVF without success and those with history of miscarriages.


Laser Assisted Hatching and Embryo Biopsy:

 

It is a process that aids in the implantation process of the embryo by breaking its shell using latest laser technology. Using this technique we can provide our patients with the fastest, safest and most uniform way of Assisted Hatching available with a specialized biopy mode. The procedure is preferred for patients who are of advanced age and for those who have thick and/or abnormal egg shell.


Triple Gas Incubators:

 

This equipment provides similar environment as in fallopian tubes to keep gametes as close to human physiological conditions as possible, by keeping low oxygen levels during fertilization and cleavage phase. This would enable us to control temperature, CO2 and O2 gases there by providing the optimum conditions for fertilization and cleavage. Our latest triple gas incubator comes with 6 sided heating system which provides uniform incubated environment without inbuilt fans, which has been indicated as an important factor for contamination events during culturing.


HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) Filters:

 

These filters are efficient air purifiers and supply air filtered through micro filters in to the IVF lab providing best quality air in to the entire lab. This clean air goes through further filters at either our gamete handling workstation or our single gas or triple gas incubators. The aerodynamic designing of the IVF lab and OT ensures that the air quality is maintained with filtered air in controlled fashion.
